نظام البنك ووزارة المالية
نظام مالي كامل لسيرفرات FiveM. يربط المواطن والبنك والخدمة الذاتية والصراف والمحفظة ونقاط البيع ووزارة المالية في نظام واحد. كل عملية تنقيد في دفتر البنك وتنحفظ تفاصيلها، وتقدر تتبعها بمرجعها وأطرافها وقراراتها.
المميزات
- رحلة وحدة مترابطة: من فتح الحساب، للبطاقة والمحفظة والصراف، لين الدفع والرقابة.
- البطاقة اللي تختارها هي اللي تحدد الحساب اللي ينخصم منه، حتى لو عندك أكثر من حساب ومحفظة.
- حساب مشترك بصلاحيات وحدود يومية وبطاقات للأعضاء.
- حالة البطاقة منفصلة عن حالة الحساب، والرصيد الكلي منفصل عن المتاح والمحجوز.
- حجز الأموال برحلة كاملة: قرار، استرداد، واستلام من الخدمة الذاتية.
- الفواتير والمخالفات، والاعتراض عليها له أثر مالي حقيقي: إسقاط أو تخفيض واسترداد.
- جهاز نقاط البيع بدورة كاملة: إصدار، ربط، استلام برمز، استخدام، متابعة، وتعطيل.
- وزارة المالية: الرقابة والامتثال والخزينة والرواتب والإجراءات الإدارية.
- رموز تحقق ورسائل المعاملات عن طريق lb-phone.

Banking and Ministry of Finance system
A complete financial system for FiveM servers. It connects citizens, the bank, self-service kiosks, ATMs, wallets, point-of-sale terminals and the Ministry of Finance in one system. Every transaction is booked in the bank ledger and can be traced by its reference, parties and decisions.
Features
- One connected journey: from opening an account, to cards, wallet and ATM, to payments and oversight.
- The card you choose decides which account is charged, even with several accounts and wallets.
- Joint accounts with permissions, daily limits and member cards.
- Card status is separate from account status, and the total balance is separate from available and held funds.
- A complete held-funds journey: decision, refund, and pickup at the self-service kiosk.
- Bills and fines, where disputes have a real financial effect: dropped, or reduced and refunded.
- A full POS terminal lifecycle: issue, assign, pick up with a code, use, track and disable.
- Ministry of Finance: oversight, compliance, treasury, payroll and administrative actions.
- Verification codes and transaction messages through lb-phone.
