Refund Policy

نظرة عامة

منتجاتنا رقمية، وتوصل على حسابك في Cfx Portal أول ما يكتمل الدفع. عشان كذا ما نقدر نسترجع المبلغ بعد ما يوصل السكربت لحسابك، إلا في الحالات المكتوبة تحت.

متى يحق لك الاسترجاع

  • انخصم منك المبلغ مرتين على نفس الطلب بالغلط.
  • السكربت ما وصل لحسابك في Cfx Portal خلال 24 ساعة من الدفع، وما قدرنا نحل المشكلة.
  • السكربت فيه خلل يمنعه يشتغل على فريمورك مكتوب في صفحته إنه مدعوم، وما قدرنا نصلحه خلال 7 أيام من فتح التكت.

متى ما يحق لك الاسترجاع

  • غيّرت رأيك بعد ما وصلك السكربت.
  • الفريمورك أو الملفات المطلوبة مو موجودة عندك، وكانت مكتوبة في صفحة المنتج قبل الشراء.
  • عدّلت على ملفات السكربت خارج ملف الإعدادات.
  • المشكلة سببها سكربت ثاني أو استضافة السيرفر.

كيف تطلب الاسترجاع

افتح تكت في ديسكورد خلال 14 يوم من الشراء، واكتب رقم العملية (Transaction ID) واسم السكربت ووش المشكلة بالتفصيل.

بعد الموافقة

نرجع المبلغ عن طريق Tebex لنفس طريقة الدفع اللي استخدمتها، ونسحب السكربت من حسابك في Cfx Portal.

الاعتراض البنكي

إذا فتحت اعتراض بنكي (Chargeback) بدون ما تتواصل معنا أول، يتوقف وصولك للسكربت ويتمنع حسابك من الشراء من المتجر.

عملاء الاتحاد الأوروبي

حقوقك المذكورة في شروط Tebex تبقى محفوظة، وهي تتقدم على هذي السياسة إذا تعارضت معها.

Overview

Our products are digital and are granted to your Cfx Portal account as soon as payment completes. Because of that, we can't refund a purchase once the script is on your account, except in the cases below.

When you can get a refund

  • You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
  • The script didn't reach your Cfx Portal account within 24 hours of payment and we couldn't fix it.
  • The script has a fault that stops it running on a framework its page lists as supported, and we couldn't fix it within 7 days of your ticket.

When a refund isn't possible

  • You changed your mind after receiving the script.
  • Your server is missing the framework or resources listed on the product page.
  • You edited the script files outside the config file.
  • The problem comes from another resource or from your server host.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket on our Discord within 14 days of purchase with your Transaction ID, the script name and what went wrong.

After approval

We refund through Tebex to the payment method you used, and the script is removed from your Cfx Portal account.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first removes your access to the script and blocks your account from buying on the store.

EU customers

Your rights under the Tebex Terms are not affected and take priority over this policy where they differ.
